We take the environment around us very seriously which is why when ever we do something we always think of what impact we have. Now we do not claim to be Green saints but Otley Jewellers is less of a sinner than most following the principle that where there is a commercialy viable Green step we can take we take it. Simple as that.

We bring the jewellery to you so you don't have to go to the jewellery which would increase your carbon footprint at the same time.

Recycled Paper
Where practicable to do so Otley Jewellers uses 100% recycled paper, such as Evolve and ERA, from letter head to kitchen towel and uses local suppliers where possible, such as Chippindale Press for the 'Otley Jewellers' leaflet. We also recycle as much of our waste paper as possible through our waste contractor.
Cleaning Products
Because even jewellers need to wash up and clean the glass counters rather than using well known high street brands we mainly use Ecover and other green products. Ecover specialise in environmentally friendly cleaning products which have minimal impact on aquatic life, however, not all Ecover products will suit every one.
